ICAS 2022

Claremont Meadows Public School will be participating in the voluntary ICAS Assessments again this year. Students from years 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 may choose to participate in these voluntary tests which will be held at school on the following dates:

Writing Years 3-6 only $23.65 Tuesday 9th August

Digital Technologies Years 2-6 $19.25 Thursday 11th August 

English Years 2-6 $19.25 Tuesday 16th August 

Spelling Years 2-6 $19.25 Tuesday 23rd August 

Science Years 2-6 $19.25 Thursday 25th August 

Mathematics Years 2-6 $19.25 Tuesday 30th August 

Please note that participation is voluntary, and these tests will be administered before school under teacher supervision. Students will need to be at school by 7:30am on the test sitting date for testing to begin at 7:40am sharp.

ICAS is designed to target student’s higher order thinking and problem-solving skills. The assessments are suitable for students wishing to extend themselves academically and take up the personal challenge of competing in an international assessment. Every student will receive a certificate and an online result report. ICAS Assessments are now sat online, a move that allows greater accessibility for students and faster delivery of results. Payments are made directly to ICAS Assessments. Please visit the following website https://shop.icasassessments.com/pages/pps to register your child and pay for the tests they wish to sit. The school code to enter for Claremont Meadows Public School is: JYN316

Payments should be made online before 29th July 2022. There is no facility to make payments after this date, as they are made direct to ICAS Assessments and not the school.
